According to reports, she was struck by a car early Saturday morning (Oct. 27) as she was crossing an Atlanta,GA street. Police confirmed that it was not a hit-and-run and the driver will not be charged.

Natina Reed and the group Blaque rose to fame in the 1990s with their hit single “808.” Natina was the protégé of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes as the rapper in the group. She was also known for her feature role in the movie Bring it On alongside Gabriel Union in 2000.
Natina is survived by her 10-year-old son, whose father is rapper Kurupt.
This past Saturday was Natina’s 33rd birthday.
